“There are many reasons to spay and neuter your pets: to not contribute to pet overpopulation, to reduce unwanted behaviors, and for their health. The urge to mate can lead to roaming, fighting, aggression, excessive barking, howling, and other unwelcome behaviors. Altered pets are less likely to roam from home and be injured in fights or killed in traffic. Altered pets also have a much lower chance to suffer from breast, uterine, prostate, and testicular cancers.”
